Pained by constant violence in the news we might ask:  "Wouldn't it be nice if people just got along?” Perhaps what is needed is a change of perspective:  “How is nonviolence viable today?”  This 90-minute presentation will illuminate the history and development of nonviolence as a principled and strategic force.  Learn how nonviolent movements have inspired and changed the face of history.  As Gandhi taught, human beings are neither inherently violent nor nonviolent, but we are wired for choice.  How will you choose?
