Pamela Cotton, PhD

Tuesday, November 29, 6:30 – 8:00pm

Join us for this engaging, free, introductory presentation on Mindful Resilience.  Using a metaphor that came out of a challenging time in her own life, Pamela will discuss the components of Mindful Resilience in a way that may be different from a “typical” definition.  Explore a conceptual frame for thinking about the skills that can assist you on the path.  Open yourself to this opportunity to clarify where you would like to begin on your own personal path, and leave with a next-step plan for yourself.

Free offering!
