Mindful ResilienceTM Workshop

with Pamela Cotton, PhD

Resilience requires learning to flow with life. As we face life’s challenges, large and small, we are called upon to expand your resilience, often in the midst of the challenge itself.  So often, we resort to the natural tendencies to fight the challenge or to hunker down and push through.

There is another way:  accepting and allowing life to be just as it is.

As we align ourselves with an orientation of allowing, we can discover how to move through difficult times more skillfully and continue moving with the flow of life.

Please join us for this special workshop as we explore resilience, integrating mindfulness practices that can help in traversing the rapid currents of life.

Cost:  $25.  Please register HERE at the center or by calling 502-614-5616. Register now to hold your space! Limited to 20 participants.
