How can we communicate from the heart, from a place of empathy for ourselves and others? Nonviolent Communication (NVC) developer Marshall Rosenberg notes that, “Through its emphasis on deep listening – to ourselves as well as others – NVC fosters respect, attentiveness, and empathy and engenders a mutual desire to give from the heart.”
Cost: $20 per session. Register HERE, at the center, or by calling 502-614-5616. Some partial scholarships available: DrepungGomangCompassion@gmail.com.
