Hinduism, a complex fusion of cultural and ancient religious traditions, and Vedic beliefs and practices helped the historical Buddha in his quest to discover the causes of suffering. He perfected and simplified the path for the benefit of all who desire to explore this truth.

Suhas Kulkarni is a lay practitioner of vipassana (insight) meditation. He is a Hindu by birth and will explore the common concepts of Dharma (Dhamma) and Karma (Karma) in the historical context of the two traditions.  Suhas has been in Louisville for 32 years with his family and participates in several non-profit activities.
