Pamela Cotton, PhD

Saturday, February 2, 10am – 1:30pm

Deepen your mindfulness practice with silence and loving-kindness practices during this half-day retreat.  Set aside this special time for loving-kindness practices for others and for yourself, including self-compassion.

Join this extended practice time exploring longer periods of practice in the context of a supportive group setting.  Both sitting and movement practices will be included, as well as a mindful eating practice.  This retreat will be silent except at the very beginning and at the end, allowing the opportunity to go deeper into the practices.

All practices will be guided, but some beginning level exposure to mindfulness meditation is a prerequisite.

$60; Early Bird $50 by January 22.  Fee includes lunch.

Register here, at the center or by calling 502-614-5616.  Retreat limit - 15 participants.  Some partial scholarships are available.

Please note that intensive practice is more likely to bring up emotions.  If you are in the midst of processing very strong emotions related to trauma, this may not be the appropriate class for you.  Questions?  Please feel welcomed to contact Pamela at 812-590-3177.
