Look at your life. Is there something you would like to improve or change? The truth is, your “outer self” – meaning your relationships, health, and feelings of stress, anxiety, or depression – are a reflection of what’s happening below the surface in your “inner self.” Other symptoms of inner self problems are perfectionism, type A personality (associated with many diseases and certain types of cancer), people-pleasing, addictive personality, co-dependence and a host of physical ailments like inflammation, pain, autoimmune disease, thyroid issues, irritable or inflamed bowels, or heart palpitations, to name a few.  Or maybe you feel like there are “two different me’s”: the one everyone else sees and the one that only I see. This might lead you to feel like an impostor, a phony or fraud.

In this 4-hour event you will experience your true inner self; understand exactly what is blocking you from actualizing it in everyday life; begin to release those blocks in earnest; and clear the path for a life of calm, clarity and confidence.  Please note: This is not a group therapy session. If you are in the middle of a crisis, this may not be the best match for you at this time.

REGISTRATION:  Registration and investment of $89 required by August 23. Credit card payments may be made here or by calling the center at 502-614-5616.  Checks may be made out to DGCEC and sent to 411 N. Hubbards Lane, 40207.
