Explore themes to help your mindfulness practice develop on these once monthly sessions.  In each gathering of Deepening Your Practice, Pamela will explore a topic, then guide you through one or more practice periods.  Topics vary, focusing on mindfulness, on mindfulness-based self-compassion practices, and/or on ways to bring mindfulness, presence, and resilience into your everyday life.  Questions are encouraged in this wonderful opportunity to move beyond the blocks in one’s practice.  Students of all levels, including beginners, are welcome.
