Please join us for this 61st anniversary of the uprising against Chinese Communist takeover of Tibet, that ended with the occupation of this independent country, the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Tibetans (1.5 million over the next decades), and the exile of His Holiness the Dalai Lama to India. Learn more about the current situation inside Tibet and actions we can take to end the ongoing brutal occupation.
The evening begins with a Tibetan Soup Dinner, followed by a short Documentary and Discussion.
