You are invited to join a weekly conversation where we explore the wisdom and principals of Nonviolent Compassion Communication. Particular attention will be given to our own feelings and needs during this pandemic. The process includes meditation, a presentation led by Maggie Jezreel, and discussion and exercises to deepen our understanding.

Maggie Jezreel, Assistant Director of DGCEC, is a longtime student of nonviolence and its practical application in everyday life. Maggie has most recently completed a six-month Nonviolent Communication Intensive through the New York Center for Nonviolent Communication. She is compelled by her deep dive into the impact of nonviolent communication and is excited to share this language of love and compassion with others.
At DGCEC Maggie offers a number of Nonviolent Compassionate Communication classes, in both a 4-session and workshop format. Watch for future programs.
