with Jenny Keller Bell

3 Thursdays, August 13, 20 and 27, 6:30 - 8:00pm

In these unprecedented days, it is easy to lose yourself into an abyss of suffering.  Everywhere we turn we see others in pain – or we experience it ourselves.

There is freedom in your breath.

Come home to yourself and care for your heart through the practice of meditation in this 3-session class.  We will explore and practice three components that when implemented can restore your inner peace, strengthen your compassion, and bring healing to your life during these trying times.

Reconnect with what matters. Come home to your heart.

Cost on a sliding scale – please pay what you are able:  $45, $60 or $75.

Register here or call 502-614-5616.  Some partial scholarships available.  Please email your request to DrepungGomangCompassion@gmail.com.

We will send the Zoom link and instructions to you after registration.

Jenny Keller Bell is a poet, seeker, heARTist and aspiring peacemaker. A former stonemason, she spent over 20 years building unique stone projects across Kentucky and Florida. Currently she lives on and manages a horse farm in the rolling hills of Oldham County. Her personal journey began after suffering multiple life transforming losses. For seven years Jenny has immersed herself in personal study of meditation, contemplative practices and ancient wisdom traditions, learning from mentors and teachers. On this path of personal healing she has received instruction and training under the spiritual guidance of Pete Buecker. Moved and motivated by what meditation has given her Jenny now wants to radiate the gifts that meditation has to offer out to wider circles in the spirit of hoping to change and elevate the consciousness and awareness of our community and world.  Resilience of spirit. Alchemy of heart. Coming home to yourself.
