Mandala Offering Instruction and Practice

2 Session, In-Person Class, Saturdays, April 8 and 15, 2023, 2:00 – 3:30pm

Mandala offering is a Tibetan Buddhist preliminary practice for accumulating merit, in which one symbolically offers the entire universe to the field of merit.

As it says in a tantra:

Through offering to all the buddhas in their pure realms

The entire billionfold universe,

Adorned with all kinds of desirable gifts,

The wisdom of buddhahood is perfected.

Registration:  In gratitude and support of a dharma center from which to teach, we ask that students offer $20, $30 or $40 for this class. DGCEC will provide the offering materials other than the set.

Geshe Lharampa Kalsang Rapgyal, DGCEC’s Teacher and Executive Director, offers this class in response to requests from students and in support of dharma practitioners. Now in his 13^th year at DGCEC, he will give this teaching and lead the practice in English.
