with Anne Walter
Thursday, September 28, 11:00am - 12:30pm, DGCEC’s Zoom
Do you feel small in the face of blatant injustice, bullying tactics, or violent language and behavior? Are you afraid that nothing you do makes a difference?
Join this one-hour workshop to learn some vital tools of this compassion trade and how your choices DO transform your world. Contemporary Science of Compassion, and research in brain plasticity proves that our choices to extend compassion and expand gratitude help form a mind and heart that is based in non-harm, and that can make a substantial difference.
This Nonviolence Tools Workshop is a FREE offering, but a $10 donation is appreciated. Register here or call 502-614-5616 to receive the Zoom link.
