Join Jenny for this compelling workshop on the Science of Forgiveness.  Learn how to become a forgiving person through practical and proven methods.

Based on the forgiveness techniques for healing found in the groundbreaking research of the Stanford Forgiveness Project, learn and discuss what forgiveness is – and what it is not. Explore grievances, rules, wishes, hopes, letting go of hurts, and how to stop feeling like a victim.

Forgive for Your Own Goodness Sake is framed with mindful self compassion and trauma sensitive mindfulness.  Together we will delve into the book and work of Dr. Fred Luskin and Forgive for Good.  Come learn this proven prescription for health and happiness ~ and forgive for good!

Jenny Bell is a poet, aspiring heart healer and earth artist. She is a Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness instructor offering classes and retreats throughout our community. Her offerings are born where spirituality + creativity intersect. She is a compassionist by heart ~ a stone mason by trade.  Most days you will find her in the wilderness creating nature mandalas.
