Join Jenny for this playful creative handicraft and meditation session and make an all natural Corn Husk Doll!

These sacred handmade totems were traditionally used to thank Mother Earth for fertility and the harvest. Many perceived Corn Husk Dolls as magical charms that helped to protect the home, livestock, the crops and the overall health of the humans. In this Sacred Creative Session, you will birth your own Corn Husk Doll out of all natural materials, as well as an accessory. During the crafting, there will be an exploration of the folklore behind these dolls.

“Wildcrafting a Corn Husk Doll” will weave Earth Reverence, Lovingkindness Meditation and Wildcrafting with Nature together to serve as your creative catalyst. Join Jenny for this dynamic hands-on playshop intended to balance Creativity + Self Expression with Mindfulness + Self Compassion, while also embodying Earth Reverence + Stewardship.

Cost on a sliding scale – please pay what you are able:  $33, $44 or $55. Register HERE or call 502-614-5616. Some partial scholarships available: DrepungGomangCompassion@gmail.com.
