Learn about significant women figures in the tradition, including the meditational deity, Tara, Gelongma Palmo who founded the Fasting Ritual, and Machig Labdron, an 11th century Tibetan yogini whose teachings and practices of Chöd have profoundly influenced Tibetan Buddhism. Conclude with a ritual.
