Join Jenny for this one time session on cultivating emotional resilience. Through the practice of equanimity we can grow our heart's and mind's capacity to roll with life's inevitable unending challenges and changes. In these times of divisiveness, uncertainty and grief, it is through our practice of equanimity that we can respond to our life experience with greater clarity, balance and compassion!
In this session you will receive, explore skills, take some time for practice, and discussion on developing a sense of calm strength, grace and spaciousness in your daily life.

Jenny Bell is a poet, aspiring heart healer and earth artist. She is a Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness instructor offering classes and retreats throughout our community. Her offerings are born where spirituality + creativity intersect. She is a compassionist by heart ~ a stone mason by trade. Most days you will find her in the wilderness creating nature mandalas.
