Please join us on the second Saturday of each month for a Dharma Talk in English offered by our Spiritual Teacher, Geshe Kalsang Rapgyal.
The August talk introduces the 37 Factors of Enlightenment, a guide on the path. It includes the four applications of mindfulness, the four right abandonments, the four support of miraculous abilities, the five powers, the five strengths, the seven elements of enlightenment, and the eight elements of an Arya path (the noble eightfold path).
