Geshe Rapgyal has served as Spiritual Teacher and Executive Director of DGCEC for nearly 15 years. He received his Geshe Lharampa degree in 2006, which is equivalent to a Doctorate of Buddhist Philosophy in the West. Geshela offers this workshop in English, though Tibetan is his first language.
