Are you committed to respectful conversations while maintaining an honest and compassionate voice? Maggie Jezreel, teacher of compassionate communication, will introduce participants to practices and techniques to navigate disagreement in a healthier way. She will share her own journey of talking with family members with opposing religious and political views, addressing some of the challenges that arise during this political season.
Cost on a Sliding Scale: $20, $25, $30.
Maggie Jezreel is a longtime student of nonviolence and its practical application in everyday life. She completed a six-month Nonviolent Communication Intensive through the New York Center for Nonviolent Communication, deepening her understanding of compassionate communication. Since 2019 she has been teaching related classes. She is motivated by the impact of nonviolent communication and is excited to share this language of love and compassion with others.
