Join Geshela for this special opportunity to explore Awakening Mind and the Four Immeasurables which offers essential practices for cultivating the bodhichitta mind of compassion, wisdom, and love.

Each fourth Saturday of the month DGCEC’s Spiritual Teacher, Geshe Rapgyal, will offer a mini-retreat focusing on a different topic which includes a brief teaching in English and time to practice.

A simple lunch will be provided.
