Nonviolence Tools Workshop

Thursday, September 25, 6:00 - 7:30pm, In-Person or via Zoom

Join Jenny for this Nonviolence Tools workshop exploring self compassion as a nonviolence-toward-self practice. Self compassion acts as a practice of internal nonviolence by cultivating kindness, understanding and acceptance toward oneself, especially during difficult experiences, which aligns with the concept of ahimsa or non-harming.  Key components include self-kindness, recognizing shared humanity and mindful self-awareness to replace self-criticism and inner conflict with a nonviolent inner dialogue.  Ahimsa or non-harming, promotes compassion and respect for all beings, starting with oneself. By shifting from inner violence to radical compassion for oneself, individuals create an inner environment of peace and balance that fosters greater nonviolence in interactions with others. As we begin to cultivate compassion within, this then radiates out into our world. FREE but donations are welcome.  Register HERE.

This Nonviolence Tools Workshop is FREE but donations are welcome.  Register here or call 502-614-5616 to receive the Zoom link.
