What is The Ultimate New Year Resolution? Mindfulness!  Step into this new season with clarity.

If your heart intention is to create a meditation practice for yourself in this new year, than this workshop is for you! This one-time session will explore the four foundations of mindfulness and how to apply them to your daily life. You will be given empowering guidance for your meditation practice, including how to make your practice a refuge, not a test. How to soften, soothe, allow.

Welcoming the New Year with mindfulness will help you to cultivate more presence and awaken a deep connection with your inner life. Meditation has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety and depression, it improves focus and attention, fosters better sleep, and boosts immune systems. Meditation can also help with emotional regulation and pain management. There is no more powerful way than to start the new year by beginning your meditation journey or returning to it.

All experience levels are welcome. Please bring any note taking materials.

Cost on a sliding scale – please pay what you are able:  $30, $40 or $50. Some partial scholarships available: DrepungGomangCompassion@gmail.com.  Register HERE or call 502-614-5616.
