All is Calm, All is Bright
In this season of going inward, we may find darkness, sadness, loneliness, or grief. What if it seems our heart flame has been snuffed? What if our life feels so far from the light? Truth is: our innate basic goodness cannot be extinguished, nor can our intrinsic worth, nor the power of our heart be dimmed. Join Jenny for this evening of resilience training.
Mindful self compassion offers us ways to keep the heart light aflame. Mindful self compassion generates better coping skills, fosters self awareness, promotes emotional regulation and enhances overall well-being. This one time session will give you tools and techniques specific to navigating the winter blues with self compassion. Please bring any note taking materials.
Beginner friendly: all are welcome.
