How to Be Resilient as Moss: Springing Back Through Self Compassion with Jenny Bell

Tuesday, March 24, 6:00 - 8:00pm, In-Person

Join Jenny for this special one-time session on how to bounce back with resilience training! Come explore how to become resilient as moss, which is a powerful and ancient symbol of resilience, adaptability, and quiet strength.

Moss represents the ability to thrive in harsh and unforgiving environments. It signifies patience and the capacity to overcome obstacles and the great resilience of small things.

This class will offer self compassion practices to support you in fostering self kindness, internal peace and a sense of ease amid challenging times. You will learn mindful self compassion's key components and how they work together to form an abundant source of inner strength allowing you to navigate life's difficulties with greater resilience and well being.

Cost on a sliding scale – please pay what you are able:  $25, $35 or $45. Some partial scholarships available: DrepungGomangCompassion@gmail.com.  Register HERE or call  502-614-5616.
