This session will explore popular conceptions and misconceptions about mindfulness and meditation. Discover the science of mindfulness, learn how it works, and why. Understanding the deeper underpinnings of mindfulness can strip away its “mystery” once and for all.
Explore how regular practice and self compassionate habits can help alleviate stress and overwhelm in your everyday life. Learn simple techniques such as breath awareness, gentle body scans and mindful observation. Mindfulness is for you and for everyone.

Jenny Bell is a poet, seeker, and spirit inspired earth artist. With a background in stonemasonry, she now spends her days working with horses. Her passion as a meditator began a decade ago and her own personal healing led to her becoming a mindfulness teacher. Jenny’s most recent training was “Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness Training” with David Treleaven. She is a compassionist and aspiring heart healer.
