with Robin Aleksevitch

Thursday, May 28, 6:30 – 7:30pm, DGCEC

Join Robin for an evening of restoration through the resonance of Tibetan sound bowls, gongs, and meditation.

Based on the research of the frequency of sound and its ability to help fight the negative effects of stress, being immersed in a sound bath and singing bowl resonance offers benefits that can include:

  • Calming the nervous system, helping you to cope with symptoms tied to chronic stress
  • Improving your mood and decreasing depression and anxiety symptoms
  • Deepening meditation and focus
  • Boosting creativity and decision-making
  • Helping with management of chronic pain
  • Improving sleep and reducing insomnia
  • Supporting cardiovascular and digestive health

In the session you will also have the opportunity to work with an ancient Tibetan singing bowl as you set your intention and open up your energy channels. This will prepare your body for the resonance of the sound journey. Join us for this special gathering.

Registration is not required, but is welcome HERE or by calling. Please join us! We thank our generous sponsor for making this offering free to all.
