How does a vigorous mindfulness practice support a more grateful heart? Join Jenny for this one time session on how living in radical gratitude cultivates an abundant, boundless heart.

Radical gratitude is a practice of being deeply thankful for everything in your life-not just the obvious blessings, but also the challenges, mundane moments and the neutral experiences. When paired with mindfulness, it shifts your perspective away from scarcity and negativity directly into a state of abundance and balance. Radical gratitude allows you to unlock fulfillment right now by changing how you pay attention. Mindfulness turns your attention to the wealth of the present moment.

The action or practice of radical gratitude chooses to appreciate all parts of your story. This means thanking the difficult moments for the resilience they built and thanking the ordinary moments for their peacefulness. This session will invite you to look for the lesson, the silver lining or the anchor of grace even in the middle of a crisis or loss. This sort of purposeful, intentional gratitude finds appreciation, meaning or growth in all circumstances. A radical gratitude mindset asks- What can I learn or how can I grow from this? From this curiosity and tenderness is born, an abundant heart. Practical tips and ideas on how to practice radical gratitude and incorporate it into your daily routine will be shared.

A study from UC, Berkeley, showed that practicing gratitude can change brain activity, making us more attuned to positive experiences and less reactive to negative ones. These findings suggest that by incorporating gratitude into our daily lives, especially radical gratitude, we can enhance our overall well-being and resilience. It is like giving our brains a regular workout to stay positive and focused on what truly matters.

All are welcome!
