&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" style="font-size: 14px;"&gt;Join Jenny for this instructive and illuminating class that explores meditation practice as refuge, as ritual and as a raft. Each week will explore a theme: finding refuge in meditation, grounding through the ritual of meditation, and relying on the raft that the teachings and techniques create for you. Receive resources to&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" style="font-size: 14px;"&gt;design a realistic daily meditation practice that can support you in our modern times.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" style="font-size: 14px;"&gt;Trauma sensitive mindfulness and mindful self compassion components are interwoven throughout this offering. This three session class is great for beginners or seasoned practitioners.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" style="font-size: 14px;"&gt;SEE (Social, Emotional, and Ethical) Learning is a comprehensive framework and curriculum grounded in compassion science which is designed to foster social,&amp;nbsp;emotional, and ethical learning in preschool through high school classrooms around the world. SEE Learning was inspired and endorsed by His Holiness the Dalai Lama, and it is now used in over 1000 schools in India and in more than 60 countries.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" style="font-size: 14px;"&gt;In this hands-on training, teachers will be introduced to the framework and pedagogical model of the SEE Learning curriculum, and explore how social-emotional learning skills and practices can fit into daily routines and classroom management.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" style="font-size: 14px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;This training will align the student skills taught in SEE Learning with adult SEL skills that can help create meaningful support and lasting change for teachers’&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;font&gt;personal well-being.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color="#000000" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" style="font-size: 14px;"&gt;Workshop Audience: Preschool through 12&lt;sup&gt;th&lt;/sup&gt; Grade Educators, Administrators, and interested adults.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
