Each session of this four-week intensive embraces ways in which we can foster and expand our capacity to heal personal, ancestral, intergenerational and collective trauma. Learn insights and practices that can profoundly affect how you see and experience our world. Our process includes reflection, open discussion and engaged communication around the power of our collective human consciousness as a source of healing, Also enjoy reflective journaling prompts, workbooks and handouts to do on your own time, as well as intentional ideas for self expression. We kindly remind you to bring a notebook and writing utensil.
